How to play

• Guess the hidden five-letter word in six tries.
• A green tile means that letter is in that exact place.
• A yellow tile means the letter is in the word but somewhere else.
• A grey tile means the letter does not appear at all.
• The daily word is the same for every player and changes at midnight UTC.

Tips

• Open with a word rich in vowels and common consonants — it eliminates the most options.
• Do not reuse grey letters: every wasted slot costs you a guess.
• A yellow letter also tells you where the letter is not — move it somewhere new.
• When several words fit, pick the one that tests two new letters at once.
