How to play
- Each move slides every tile as far as it can go in that direction.
- Two tiles with the same number merge into one worth double, and the sum is added to your score.
- A tile can merge only once per move.
- After every move a new 2 or 4 appears in a free cell.
- The game ends when the board is full and no neighbouring tiles are equal.
Tips
- Pick one corner and never move the tiles out of it — the biggest tile should stay put.
- Build a descending row along one edge; it lets you merge in a chain.
- Avoid the fourth direction: if you keep the big tile bottom-left, never press up.
- Merge small tiles early, otherwise they clog the middle of the board.
